Schedules of Condition

It is important to ascertain the current state of repair for any commercial property at the time when a lease begins. We are able to provide detailed reports as to the exact condition of a property; this is recorded and kept until such time as the lease ends. At this point the owner will expect the property to be returned to the state at which it was at the start of the lease. In cases where schedules of condition have not been used initially there can be a great deal of disagreement and cost involved in ending the lease. Our reports will allow your business to clearly show the condition to which the building should be returned without any issue thus saving time and money at the end of an agreement.
