The pictures were an added, and unexpected, bonus.
Kind Regards, Terry.
Thank you very much for emailing through all the Building survey information and photos, very useful and extremely helpful.
Just a quick email to notify that purchase of 2 Nunns Mill Terrace was completed and we moved in 2 weeks ago. All the significant items identified in your snagging report were addressed to our satisfaction and none required clarification. Many thanks for your help.
Thank you for your professionalism and the detailed full report on 30 Needham road, with photos and receipt. I was very happy with the service you provided and I will be recommending Chilterns Associates.
5 out of 5 stars. I thoroughly recommend Chiltern Associates and their services – our surveyor (Nina Robinson) was professional, fast, thorough, and communicative. She also provided additional observations and advice beyond the usual. And all this for a reasonable price.
We were very pleased with the efficiency and quality of the historic building survey prepared by Chiltern Associates for our 17C cottage in Hadleigh. It enabled us to proceed with the purchase with our “eyes open” to the work that will be required. Following Chiltern Associates suggestion, prior to exchange, we also sought advice from a builder experienced with timber framed houses. This review confirmed the points raised by Chiltern Associates and how we should approach the project.
Many thanks for your very efficient and timely reply to all communications. I particularly appreciated your advice on partitioning to create a new bedroom and the building regulation consents. A very comprehensive report/photos and your close attention to detail is much appreciated
Thanks and best regards
Many thanks for this and your services, it’s been a pleasure.
Thank you again for doing the survey and also for the time you’ve spent talking me through the results.
– Comments from a client who was looking to buy a listed house in some considerable disrepair
Thanks Nina, read your survey; very detailed.A lot of things to consider
– A client’s comment on a building survey for a 1950’s bungalow. Despite being in the building trade himself he clearly found a lot of things to consider.
